Valencia Park is a 122-home mixed-income community located just outside downtown Baton Rouge. The development offers quality housing for families across a range of income levels and includes a project-based Housing Choice Voucher contract that helps ensure long-term housing stability for residents with the greatest need.

The development was financed through a combination of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding, and HUD financing. By leveraging these public resources, RNDC created a sustainable mixed-income community that provides safe, affordable, and high quality housing for Louisiana families.
