Formed in 2006, Renaissance Neighborhood Development Corporation (RNDC) is a collaboration between Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS) and Volunteers of America Southeast Louisiana (VOASELA). This partnership fully leverages VOANS’ vast housing experience, financial strength, and national relationships, together with VOASELA’s administrative infrastructure, social services and deep local connectivity.
