Renaissance Neighborhood Development Corporation

RNDC drives site selection, project conceptualization, development team management, and our property management business line. RNDC and VOANS work together to build and maintain the national investor, lender, and agency relationships essential to closing complex affordable housing transactions, while RNDC and VOASELA jointly cultivate the local relationships that make deals work in Louisiana.

At its core, RNDC strives for and achieves the highest quality of design and management of housing affordable in neighborhoods that provide a healthy, comfortable, and uplifting environment. We believe each of our developments has its own opportunity to create a special living experience not found in the typical market for affordable or even market-rate housing.

RNDC is committed to serving households at all income levels including those in key service sectors, such as hospitality, education, medical, police, fire, office, and retail. RNDC supports the communities in which we operate over the long term by creating new housing options that are proximate to jobs and employment opportunities, have good access to basic commercial services, are well-served by public transportation, embody energy efficient and resilient design strategies, and promote occupant health through our development, long-term ownership and internal property management services.

As of May 2026, RNDC has developed or co-developed over 1,700 completed units, with an additional 444 units under construction or in active pre-development, totaling more than 2,150 units across Louisiana and Texas. RNDC’s 2025–2027 Strategic Plan sets a goal of 2,000 units developed or preserved by the end of 2027.
