The Groves at Mile Branch

The Groves at Mile Branch is a thoughtfully planned mixed-income community in Covington that expands access to both quality rental housing and homeownership opportunities. The development includes 94 apartment homes for households across a range of income levels, along with 35 single-family home sites designed for first-time homebuyers, creating a diverse neighborhood that supports long-term community growth.

Located in one of St. Tammany Parish’s fastest-growing areas, the community provides residents with convenient access to employment centers, schools, healthcare, shopping, and recreational amenities. The development was financed through a combination of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding.
