The Galbraith is a 217-home mixed-income workforce housing community located in the heart of downtown Dallas. Developed in partnership with Matthews Southwest, the project combines quality residential living with approximately 12,500 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and structured parking, creating a vibrant mixed-use destination that supports both residents and the surrounding neighborhood.
Positioned in one of Dallas’ fastest-growing urban districts, The Galbraith provides convenient access to employment centers, public transportation, retail, dining, and entertainment, making it an attractive housing option for workforce households while contributing to the continued revitalization of downtown.
The development was financed through a combination of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding, and Freddie Mac financing. The project demonstrates RNDC’s ability to partner with experienced developers and leverage public and private investment to deliver transformative mixed-use communities.
