Millennium Place is an 80-home mixed-income housing community currently under development in the Lower Garden District of New Orleans. Designed to serve households across a range of income levels, the community will expand access to high quality housing while contributing to the continued growth and vitality of one of the city’s most historic neighborhoods.
Located near employment centers, public transportation, healthcare, retail, and cultural destinations, Millennium Place will provide residents with convenient access to the amenities and opportunities that make urban living both connected and sustainable. The development reflects RNDC’s commitment to creating thoughtfully designed communities that support neighborhood revitalization and long-term housing affordability.
The project will be financed through a combination of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding and conventional financing. Construction is anticipated to be completed in late 2026, adding another strategically located mixed-income community to RNDC’s growing portfolio.
