Centennial Place is a mixed-use redevelopment in New Orleans that combines 52 mixed-income apartment homes with approximately 53,000 square feet of commercial and warehouse space. The project transformed a vacant office building and historic cotton press into a vibrant community asset through adaptive reuse, preserving the character of the property while giving it a new purpose.
