St. John Village

St. John Village is an 80-home workforce housing community in Covington that offers two and three-bedroom single-family rental homes designed for working families. Developed on a 12.5-acre site, the neighborhood was thoughtfully planned as a traditional residential subdivision, blending seamlessly with the surrounding market-rate communities while providing high quality, attainable housing.

The community offers residents the comfort and privacy of single-family living with convenient access to schools, employment centers, healthcare, shopping, and recreational amenities throughout St. Tammany Parish.
